"Filled out an application and spoke to Grace, who told me my husband makes too much, and Alicia offered to alter my husbands income. Corporate was already notified of this before this was posted. From what I have seen really glad I did not move in here. VERY shady apartments and employees. Do NOT recommend Ok so I am responding to this cause no other way too. Miss Alicia you wanted me to report you to you? What you going to so write yourself up? I know your the one that does the reviews. As said earlier I have reported you to Corporate. Nothing will be done either way, but just letting future potentional clients know how yall are."

"There is an Amazing new team of Awesome people to work with here at Walden Pond! Alicia and her team strive to take care of the residents and issues they may have. They make everyone a priority! Work gets done right and in a very timely manner! Highest regards to the great work that they do, making this an Awesome place to call home!! "Honestly, this place is absolutely gross I’ll just say that up front, there are bugs of all kinds everywhere you turn, never mind the girl that showed us the apartment, how low do you have to be to flirt with someone’s HUSBAND, I remember her name very very well her name was grace, we went to look at the apartment and went home right after she opened the door getting attacked by roaches, fleas, flies, just EW! This place doesn’t even deserve a one star review from anyone! How nasty! Ugh! I’m so calling corporate first thing tomorrow!"

"Another great experience. Thank you for the quick response to wash machine water pipe cracking. Maintenance was able to respond in under 5 minutes! And restoration company was on scene in an hour cleaning up what thankfully was only a little water. From maintenance quick response to Alicia expediting the cleanup and then the fast and knowledgeable restoration company. I would say this is what will only keep making this complex the best around hands down! 5 stars all day long! Thank you so much for all you do!"
