"I put an application in at this place The lady called me and made an appointment then called and wanted to change it. I changed it. When I went in for my appointment the lady was rude saying I was in the wrong place. I still have voicemails from this lady. Then she told me that she didn’t have any paperwork for me in her office. She finally found my paperwork and the tells me that she can’t give me a downstairs apartment only upstairs. When over hone talking to her she said we could have a downstairs apartment. She was rude not friendly at all. Very unprofessional."

"Twin City Villa has met all my expectations. The management is top notch. Any problem that I have had was addressed quickly and professionally. The onsite manager and staff are very nice and attentive and are quick to answer any concerns or questions that I might have. Also this complex is kept Clean and well Maintained. My honest opinion is this is a great place to call home Thanks for a pleasant experience Twin City Villa."

"I have lived here for at 4 years and the property is always well manicured the apartments are spacious anytime there's a issue with an appliance it's taken care of promptly. The property manager is very attentive to all things good and bad going on in property. We have a new maintenance man Jeremiah who's very knowledgeable and very Hard worker Hard worker. I've thought about moving to get out of the city however it's hard for me to give up this place because it feels like home"

"They will rob you for every penney you have if you do not clean it to “their standards” when you move out. Take your entire security deposit. Make sure you get an extensive guide on what they want cleaned and how they want it cleaned. Never have I ever heard of an apartment complex taking deposits for unlikely things. I’ve cleaned apartments the same way when moving out and never had any issues...because they were clean. The entire apartment, room for room was cleaned when we moved out and they charged us for cleaning every room. Make sure you check every nook and cranny during your walk through when you move in and note every single little thing and have it repaired. Fair warning the maintenance man is creepy and doesn’t repair things very well- I’m not really sure he knows what he is doing. Had to have him come out several times to repair the same things that were beyond our control. They charge for replacing stove drip pans that were completely shiny and brand new looking before the walkthrough. The lady that runs the place is rarely there so don’t expect anything from her if needed. Good luck if you can catch her the couple hours a day she is there. Very nit-picky. Also, don’t plan on having friends over because they will accuse you of them living there and threaten eviction “if they find out”. Strict rules and regulations in this complex. If you would like to live freely and worry free, don’t pick this complex and good luck if you do pick this place."
