"Don't stay here. We booked a suite for 5 people, my wife and I, and our three children. When we got here they said they couldn't accommodate us because they didn't have an extra cot. Their solution was that one of us would just have to sleep on the floor. Over the phone, three weeks eariler and via email, they said they could accommodate is. But, alas, once we drove 8 hours here, they could not. Additionally, the AC units weren't working properly. The front staff didn't care and didn't offer any solutions. They said they would call us back, but never did. The place is a real dump and the staff was equally disappointing. There are other good hotels in the area. My suggestion is to try somewhere else. This is a one-star hotel that makes every effort to earn negative remarks."

"The front desk employee on the Saturday night that we stayed was so personable and made us feel at home. I wish every front desk employee at all hotels were like this women. She made an unenjoyable trip feel not so terrible. Thanks"

"I would go the full 5 stars the checkin was 4 -5 hours early rooms were clean and service was amazing. I was broke down and they helped get me checked in way early and I had nowhere to go. Only reason im rating 4 star is their elevator was broke had to take the stairs. I the stairwell the carpet smelled bad like they werent changing vaccum bags Again clean rooms good shower amd a pleasant stay"

"We were told the elevator was broken so we walked to the 3rd floor twice.. why twice you say?.…. We were given a room that was OCCUPIED, not once but twice!! Imagine how creepy it is walking into a bedroom and someone is half naked sleeping on the bed! Luckily the second one had the chain on the door. We just left after that, getting a refund for the room. Terrible."

"The hotel is great if you’re wanting to host an integration for someone going to prison. We were informed as we checked in that the elevator was not working. I booked the reservation a year ago. Common courtesy would have been to notify us of this as we have a guest who has a difficult time taking stairs, which by the way smelled like animal urine. Upon arriving to our room we were instantly greeted with the overwhelming smell of dust and stale water. Likely due to the air conditioner not working and having two inches of dust collected around the outlet and exposed wires. We asked for a different room, however, there were none available due to the events taking place in the area that weekend. The toilet seat was unattached from the toilet. Found that out when I slid in to the bath tub trying to use the restroom. We accepted it and stayed in the room one night, hoping the said repair man would fix it the next day. Sadly, the same repair man must be the same repair man for the elevator because none of our issues were addressed. Luckily, there was an available room to move to. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in that room stopped working half way through the night. The only saving grace from this stay was a decent breakfast, accessible location and nice staff. Would not recommend to my least favorite of people."
