"Be very careful with the call center there was a gentleman by the name of Luis Franco Pretending to be the administrator of course we all know that the administrator of a facility does not book I had a bad experience with one of the female workers there she was very rude and disrespectful to me so that made me rude and disrespectful to her I get a call back from this gentleman stating that he was the administrator and they would cancel my appointment because their policy you can't talk disrespectful to the call center person however but it's okay for her to laugh and giggle and make fun of me I am going to look into this because this person Luis Franco should have not call me back at all I will take legal action with theses people should not have called me pretending to be that ministrait' s"

"Ridiculous! Dr Ahmed is a good Dr but staffs are dumb and don't know what they are doing. Afraid He will lost all his patients on how they handle them."

"I have been a patient of Dr.Ahmed for a long time.When he was located in Crestwood, everything was great, especially the support staff, who were very expeditious, and succinct.Now, since he's moved, the service is horrible. It took me almost 3 .5 months to just get a referral. In addition, my wife requested a referral for a chest x -ray, for which she ALWAYS was sent to Hi-Tech in Palos Heights, but now they are sending her to South Suburban Hospital, which is far away, and not in the best of neighborborhoods.I am seriously considering going to another doctor."

"I really hate to give this bad review but it's been a long time coming. Dr Ahmed is an amazing doctor but my experience has not been the same since he left the Miind Doctor in Crestwood, IL. It's hard to get prescriptions filled, the staff does not communicate well and the wait to be seen is ridiculous. My appointment was at 3:30,. I checked in online and here it is after 4:30 and I'm still waiting. The person who took my vitals seems really clueless. I'm literally here for lab results that happened over 3 months ago. She didn't have any information on me, didn't even know why I came and if I'm not mistaking, she's the one who set this appointment for me. I asked if it's customary for lab results appoints to be set 3 months out, she said no. Then she could not tell me why the appointment was set so far out. She said someone should have had me come in no later than a month afterwards. I'm sure those results are null and void by now and it's time for new labs. This is totally unacceptable and I will be searching for a new office. I have too many medical issues to not be taken care if properly!"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. With the exception of the nurse practitioner Zoe and Jessica, this is absolutely the worst office there is. There is zero communication, zero care or concern and trying to get a hold of someone is unheard of and when you do get a call back it will be within days. I was ordered a CT scan for a possible concussion and was told I was receive results that day, if not the next morning. I received my results in my Advocate app which showed there was something that they were not looking for. I called the office, I'm sorry answering service in the morning, left a message to please have someone call me back. Waited a few hours and called again. I was told I could leave a message or schedule an appointment...NEXT WEEK! I finally received a call back from the assistant a few more hours later telling me the results were fine and tried ending the call. When I asked about the incidental note, she says oh to talk about that you need to make an appointment. I hung up, I'm through with this office, the doctors, facility, all of it! If you want quality care I would suggest not coming here."
