"While in the past I had good experiences here, I have waited over a month to get a form back for my child's medicine at school. I have stopped by and called several and each time I was told, "we will let the doctor know". The staff was unable to provide any further assistance."

"They operate completely different from all the other PCC Wellness centers in the city. Appointment only at this location and all the others accept walk ins, but it doesn’t say that anywhere or on their website. Also the receptionist was really not helpful in guiding me to where I may have able to get help for my issue. Now I’m just sure all the reviews on here are fake. I understand covid might have some healthcare workers tired and on edge but don’t take it out on us."
