Rosin Eyecare - Northbrook

"I have come to Rosin Eyecare for many years for my contact lenses and glasses. Recently I stopped by the Northbrook office because a pair of glasses broke at the bridge. These were an old prescription, so I could not order a new pair, and the frame was discontinued. The patient care coordinators at the front, Brittani and Jessica, were EXTREMELY helpful, with suggestions on how I could perhaps find the same (now discontinued) frames on line and have Rosin staff put the lenses in the new frames. Brittani also looked at the schedule so that I could get in to have an eye exam appointment with Dr. Dygola for later that week.... very, very helpful, and now I have a new prescription. Brittani and Jessica were of great help to me."

"Worst!!! Told me it was going to be 2 weeks to get my new lenses into my vintage frames from my late father. It's been 6 weeks - they're trying to track them down. UPDATE: Glasses were broken...avoid this place"

"Absolutely would not recommend any of these locations to anyone. I had an exam completed almost 3 weeks ago. At the time of my visit, I sat down with one of the girls in the front and place an order for my glasses, which were the same exact frames as the last pair I had. I called today to follow up on the status only to be told that the order was never placed and I only paid for my exam. I told the representative that I literally sat there and placed the order with the lady in the front. I previously had a horrible experience at the Glenview location & gave the Northbrook location a chance but I guess every location of theirs is just as horrible as the others. Management needs to figure something out with their staff asap."

"Have gone here for a while and it was OK, not great. But things have become very disorganized. Then I brought my daughter and kept us waiting 45 mins before starting her apppointment. Ok we all make mistakes. Then comes my appointment later in the year and they cancel on me 1 hr before the appointment time saying the doctor was sick and had no contingency plan other than an appointment at a different (and farther) location the following week. Receptionist also very terse about the whole thing."

"I struggled to find a doctor I was happy with until I came here. The entire staff was very good, but more importantly,they made me feel they were focused on my issues, not just running a eye repair assembly line. I really am happy these folks are on my team, and I feel like the team is happy to see me when I am there.i trust these people."
