"Was turned away with my 1yr old because we were a minute late. Thats not the big issue. Scheduling department and front desk suck, nurses are ok. Dr. Khan the best pediatric Dr. very patient, professional and nice 100% recommend! I would hate to switch them to another clinic. But this one just keeps getting worst. There's alot I've seen through the years I've been coming here from patients being turned away, being yelled at while people are straight watching and listening in the waiting room. Registrar being rude at time of registration, being rude to the elderly the list goes on. I was seen for years when they were located in cicero ever since I could remember therefore I decided to get seen for my prenatal care and also have my children go there. I should've done some good research."

"I started going to this health clinic in Cicero and continued with them after their relocation to North Riverside. I have been blessed with having Dr. Andoblo as my primary doctor for many years now, she is definitely one of the best doctors I have known. Also, EVERYONE I have had contact with at this office has acted in a professional manner. Just the other day, two ladies in the front reception area DALIA and CONNIE, both showed me kindness and extra patience by answering all of my questions and helping me with my many concerns regarding starting over with a new health insurance. I am extremely thankful for them. To those of you who have written unfavorable reviews, I am wondering what sort of attitude you had towards them. Treating others with kindness and respect is usually reciprocated. I have NO complaints during the ten years I have been coming here- only positive! They definitely earned a 5 star rating and more."
