"Like many other reviews here, the place never answers phone calls. Leaving VMs, you never get a call back. My daughter need to do some blood work for school and I called back for her to do it again because they have no clue what is going on with her old blood work. I was mad because she is only 3 years old but I said ok, did a 2nd blood test and after a week. Still don't hear anything. This location really needs upper management and corporate attention."

"Customer service is awful. Staff is rude, and in addition to that I once left an appointment and was given a different patients information, which has to be a HIPPA violation."

"This is by far the worse experience I have ever encountered with a medical facility. They do not respond or return calls on the nurse line within the promised 2-4 hours or even 24 hours at this point, they never answer the phone, the messages on MyChart are addressed almost a week later. The many terrible reviews should prompt Loyola to complete their due diligence or QA to ensure patients are receiving adequate care, but this is obviously not their concern. I am pursuing making a formal complaint given my personal situation because the lack of response is absolutely irresponsible."

"Front desk staff are nice but overall communication and experience is awful. Lack of response, appointments up to 50 minutes late, good luck leaving a voicemail for the nurses to call back “within 4 hours”… for 2 different doctors (pediatrician and PCP) absolutely no call back. One voicemail was left over 3 weeks ago, the last one was made maybe 5 days ago and still no return call. Terrifying considering the nature of the calls and needing to seek immediate care after not hearing back. Patient relations did nothing to improve the situation"

"The reason I gave 1 star is that the front desk is very rude, when I asked her something regarding the paper I have to sign, she respond to me in a bad manner. the second is a nurse who took my blood tests, she was so rude, her uniform look dirty, she doesn't seem that is working in a healthcare place, she seems is working like a janitor, unprofessional, maybe she doesn't like diversity. The place was dirty, she put the needles over a trash can inside the small room, the small room doesn't have a place to put our bags, only to hang jackets, I felt uncomfortable taking my blood in a dirty place. Another thing is in another clinic I have been taking the same tests, and they take only two syringes, but in that clinic they fill out 4 syringes!! they took almost a pint of my blood. I asked myself, Why they are taken too much blood? In general this clinic looks dirty. The doctor was very nice, but she said, I see you in 6 months, she send me a message if I need to ask her something, she didn't tell me to come back when your test results are ready to explain to you the results. We have to ask her only by email :( I said, seriously? But to get the money they are OK, they want easy money to chat with the doctor. I felt Frustrated in this horrible place."
