"This office has the worst customer service ever! You can never call and get a response right away, I have left five voicemails in the past two days. I’m still waiting on a call back, don’t waste your time and energy here!"
"Everyone planning on taking medical exams for Australian visa - DONT SPEND YOUR TIME and MONEY on them! They are extremely disappointing disrespectful. I called about my medical exams and in return I got shouted, screamed and disrespected. I will make sure to contact Australian embassy about your services and hopefully they will revoke partnerships with you. I will be calling to your offices until I talk to manager"
"I’ve had been going to this doctors office since a child. In the last couple of years this office has become incredibly unreliable and it has negatively affected my health. The office seems to have issues accepting calls and their hours of operation aren’t consistent with what is posted online. I’d have to begin calling this office two to three weeks in advance knowing that it would be a hellish experience trying to get in contact with them. I would constantly be running out of my medication and having to deal with withdrawal symptoms. Most recently I received news of my “termination” with zero explanation as to why it is happening and no help as to where I might go next. This office has been running into the ground for years and it’s patients are the ones suffering for it. Find a new doctor as soon as possible"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctors office has gone downhill in the past few years, I have had numerous encounters with prior patients who have had similar experiences and have changed doctor offices due to the incompetence of the staff. The decrease in patients is probably why this office is no longer open on Sunday’s & Mondays. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with the office, I once tried for over a month calling 3x weekly for an app. No one ever picked up the phone or listened to my voicemails, so I have given up on trying to see dr. Hernaez. I instead have to go to urgent care whenever I need medical attention until I can find another PCP. I have been going to this office since I have been in highschool (I am currently 24 now). When I was younger dr. Hernaez’s wife misdiagnosed me with a thyroid problem, had me taking medication for it for about a month. It wasn’t until I saw my GI doctor who had run blood work tests on me and was furious that I was taking thyroid medication when I had no thyroid issues. Instead of my doctor apologizing (I assume my Blood work must have been mixed up with another patients) she instead started yelling at my Mom for letting another doctor run blood work on me. Fast forward to this week, my mother has come down with Covid. She is a high-risk patient with a very low immune system. She was told by her RA doctor to call her PCP for a prescription for Paxlovid. Apparently studies have found this drug significantly decreases the chances for high-risk patients to be admitted into the hospital due to Covid symptoms. My mom called this office to explain her situation and she was told she would have to come in and see dr. Hernaez in order to get a prescription. She clearly confirmed “I have Covid, I can’t even get out of bed and you want me to come into the office with Covid and risk getting other patients and staff sick?” And they told her yes, dr. Hernaez cannot write a prescription without seeing you. My mom said forget it, she was too ill to get into the office. 3 days later she calls again, not feeling any better and said, I’d like an app to see dr. Hernaez, I have Covid, I am feeling worse and I’m 5 days in. They then changed up the rules and told her she COULDNT come into the office because she has Covid!! They told her to wait 10 days to come in because by then the chance of her passing off Covid to someone else would be low. 10 DAYS! Why would anyone wait 10 days to be seen if they are sick!! That makes so sense! They then told her ok, we understand we will see if dr. Hernaez will write you the prescription. (Even though they said the dr could NOT write a script without seeing her). It’s been 24 hours since they said they would talk with the doctor and call back. I’ve called 4x on behalf of my Mom and no answer. Please do not waste your time with this establishment. Go elsewhere!!!!!!"
