About the Business
AHS Family Health Center is a non-profit health institution located at 8321 West Golf Road in Niles, Illinois, United States. Our new location in Chicago is at 6301 N. Western Ave. We are open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday & Thursdays from 9am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. We are a Health Center Program grantee and deemed a Public Health Service employee.

"Very very rude, mannerless, non communicative, unhelpful, racist and unprofessional front desk staff specially the lady with glasses sitting on the left side. They don't wanna help you or listen to you but instead they start confronting and arguing with you. Never ever take your family there. Worst front desk staff. If it were up to me, I'd fire them all."
"Maria did an terrific dental cleaning on my first visit !! I had a lot of plaque at bottom of my teeth on the inside !! I usually get deep cleaning but with her she did better job than the deep cleaning!!!"
"Usually we go to the one on Peterson and always have a good experience. Sometimes there’s a wait there. At this AHS center the person who I spoke to at the reception seemed kinda rude. We had an appointment in advance and we were asked to send a proof of insurance and sign a bunch of forms before hand which we promptly did before arriving here. After arriving here, again we were asked the proof of insurance and they made us email it again. When I responded saying that I already did that, she said she doesn’t see anything in the system. I wonder how they are maintaining the system with such negligence. Anywho after sending the proof of insurance, we had to wait almost 20+ minutes as they were verifying the insurance with the provider. Other than that the overall experience was okay. Customer service could be better."
