"The nurse suggested a lab test at my last visit that I communicated I didn’t need, but said ok to running after I was told it was totally free and included with the Pap smear cost. It was not included and was an extra $412, and I’m apparently unable to dispute that charge. Now I have to pay for a test I didn’t need and find a new gynecologist’s office, as I don’t want to be a patient at a location where I can’t trust what is told to me by the healthcare team. Despite this issue with the nurse at my visit, the doctor was very kind and communicative, 5 stars for her."

"I guess it just took some time… unfortunately. The front desk staff is always wonderful. However, my doctor is NEVER there when I need her. The office is always closed whenever I call, and it’s at normal times like 8am or on a Friday afternoon. I feel like I’m chasing something just out of reach. I will be switching as soon as I have my baby because this is ridiculous, and I really don’t have time for it with my busy schedule. My doctor also hardly speaks and is always very quick to move on to the next patient. I also saw another doctor here, and she ignored my concerns that turned out to be true via testing. If I would have listened to her and ignored my signs and symptoms, I would have ended up in the hospital. ——— I noticed all the bad reviews and wanted to leave a positive one. I’ve never had any problems here. My doctor is phenomenal (Andrews), and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I never have to wait long, even when there’s other people in the waiting room. Everything has always gone well!"

"I’d like to leave a more current & postive review for this office because I’ve always had good experiences. I found this office when I realized I was pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I’m glad I found them. The front desk is always very friendly, I’m always seen in a timely manner, the nurses are all very nice/helpful, and my Dr. (Akinde) is very kind and she’s great at making me feel at ease/taken care of."

"Waited 2 months for an appointment just to find out 15min after my scheduled appointment time, that they have a “policy” that doesn’t allow you to switch providers. But if you had an emergency, any of their providers could see you. I want a good connection with my ob-gyn and did not have a good connection with the gyn I saw 6 months ago. I was recommended by my primary to see a different gynecologist. I’m very displeased that I was not made aware of this policy until 15 min after my appointment and was not allowed to see the doctor I scheduled the appointment with. They only offered to reschedule me with the gyno I did not like (who I have only seen one time). Will not be returning to any riverside doctors due to multiple issues."

"If you plan to go here make sure you don't have a child with you. They wouldn't see me because my child is unable to sit in the waiting room. They wouldn't allow him to come back with me for a simple visit due to "covid" Not sure what the difference of my child sitting in the waiting room compared to a exam room.....the exam room should be sanitized after each pt. How often is the waiting room being cleaned ? Also, the fact that I had to drive 45min to be told I could not be seen..... Ridiculous!"
