"Sports and Ortho PT and Sport Medicine is not your typical PT. We haven't done true PT until we found Dahlia, Shree and Ricky. They have worked with both of my kids. They work one on one with them and it's more than just exercises. With each visit, they evaluate them and their pain and have a hands on approach, like massage, cupping, dry needling, etc. My daughter did PT after a knee scope surgery and Dahlia not only helped her physically, but mentally too and got her back to playing in two months!
