"I avoid this office, but had to re visit this office again due to my daughter being sick and having availability. I was reminded why I avoid this office. I would rather drive to Barrington than to visit this office in Lake Forest. I thought dealing with Karen was bad, but her replacment is way worse. She is rude with a smile. She has been unprofessional in seeking payment by calling repeatedly and then not apologizing when she made the mistake in telling me that we needed to pay before it went to insurance, which we fought and found she was incorrect. Now, today, our prescription was sent to a pharmacy that we never even heard of before and she says it is my fault because I didnt review the info sheet close enough; even though the other office just prescribed my son medication and sent it to the only pharmacy we have ever used, no problem. In conclusion, I would go to the Libertyville office if you want to try this practice if you enjoy a good experience for you and your kids. Hope this helps."

"I have seen multiple doctors here for wellness and sick visits. I've used the nurses line many times. I find scheduling with mychart app pretty easy. I found the staff very nice, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. There are a few doctors my personality fits better with. I like having a bigger practice so I can see different doctors and see what fits my family best. I'm very happy here!"

"Have been going here for the last 17 years and have found all the doctors and nurses at this practice to be the top of their field. They are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They take the time to talk with the parent as well as the child. I don't mind that sometimes they may run behind due to taking a little extra time with a young patient. For if my child needed extra time to feel comfortable I would appreciate it although I don't find us waiting long for them to see us. My experience has been if my child has been sick they get me in the same day, there was only one time that they couldn't (called late afternoon) and they directed me to the after hours clinic which was just as great as seeing the doctor in the office."
