"This is my third weekly visit after my cataract surgery. Each time I have to wait over an hour after my assigned appointment time. The follow-up take less than 5 minutes, but somehow I end up spending two hours in my visit. Not great customer experience. I think I made the wrong choice selecting this office"

"I brought my father here for cataract surgery in both eyes. We opted for laser surgery with the standard lens. Overall it was a great experience, and we felt that everyone was very caring and polite. The surgeon was Nicholas Chan - my father can see now, so job well done. Follow ups were with Jennifer Buschbach who was kind and reassuring about the recovery process. And Sandi Waytek was amazing, she is the coordinator who was our 'sherpa' throughout the process, making sure we had the doctor's appointment to get approved for surgery, getting surgery scheduled, etc. Final note: the recovery is different for everyone, it took several days for my father to see well and he felt fatigued for several weeks. So take it easy and be patient."

They not only expertly tested and diagnosed my condition, but also took great care in reassuring and comforting me during the whole process. Wish I had gotten names, the two technicians administering the tests could not have been more kind and caring, and the doctors skilled, informative, and patient. Family Eye Physicians not only care for your physical needs, but for you emotional ones as well!"

"I highly recommend against using this office, they had an eye exam result that belong to my child under a different name!. They also sent me a statement a year later for services that were paid for, when I inquired about it, they stated that it was simply a mistake !!!"

"Been sitting here an hour and a half waiting to be called! & the place looks empty.. they said they’re just waiting for a room to open up. I don’t think any place should have you waiting that long when you have a scheduled appointment smh. Update:We now finally got a room and we’re still waiting to be seen. It’s 12:46pm. Our appointment was at 11:10am."
