"Dr. P is one of the most compassionate physicians I've ever visited. He is extremely knowledgeable about the scientific basis of medications and uses that huge pool of knowledge to come up with a treatment that works with you, AS A HUMAN BEING! The office staff is so diligent and kind- they focus solely on getting you time slot that you need. They have an extremely well-thought out policy: if there is an issue with treatment after meeting with Dr. Pandian, the office staff make sure that 24 hours post-meeting, you can meet with Dr. Pandian again in case the treatment had not worked out in that 24 hour frame. Dr. Pandian spends much of his meeting explaining the scientific basis of whatever medical treatment is in question. He is thorough in writing prescriptions, indicating all clinical notes so pesky pharmacists don't take the liberty of canceling any medication changes. Many people suffer from a myriad of mental health issues and finding help from a physician that does not stigmatize your malady or mitigate dignity and respect is more difficult to find these days. Do yourself a favor, and have a chat with Dr. Pandian. He is one of the few psychiatrists that continue to uphold dignity, respect and compassion for ALL of his patients."
