"Reception isn't great, I'll admit that. However, Dr. Vermani is excellent. I honestly have not had a better psychiatrist. He's very knowledgable, empathetic, and he listens to me. He doesn't prescribe me a handful of meds and just send me on my way with a pat on the back like my previous psychiatrists have. I'm very happy he's my doctor!"

"Dr. Beresford is the best. He calls right away if an emergency, fills scripts on time and does his absolute best to find a treatment plan for you. I'm a long time patient and my mental health has been rough with anxiety ocd, phobia. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. Also the staff especially Jen and Karen are the best"

"I visited Dr. Beresford. Psychiatry just hasn't worked out for me. I first visited a psychiatrist when I was around 20 years old around 2012 and had a great experience. Every psychiatrist after that just simply didn't care, Dr. Beresford included. Last "meeting" I had with him he seemed more tired than usual. 30 minutes of small talk and that same feeling that he wanted the meeting to be over with. I lost hope with this profession and am looking for another form of help. I pray that I can find someone who actually cares."

"I've been going to Still point for the last 8 years. Besides one minor issue with co-pay problem I've always been happy with them. My doctor was excellent and helped me thru alot. Up until this last week, I would have given them 5 stars. My doctor left the practice to go work for the VA which I completely understand so I have been aggressively trying to find a new doctor with no success. A few days ago, Stillpoint sends me an email about a new doctor who has joined the group named Dr. Kononova and is accepting patients!! I was thrilled and IMMEDIATELY called to try and make an appointment. You can never get thru to an actual person so I left my contact info and waited 3 days. I called two more times and still nothing. My wife finally calls and finds out they aren't taking new patients at this time. Complete waste of time and resources. I will never recommend Stillpoint to anyone ever again."

"My college student has been going to this practice for 2 months and finally has his assessment report and a recommendation by the therapist (after several canceled virtual visits) Now they can’t fit him in for the required Dr visit for meds for 7 weeks-when he’s headed back to college before that-zero help! Wasted summer of trying to get him some much needed help and we have to start over getting my son what he needs-I do not recommend this practice. Additionally, the office is awful at communications and emails were not the most friendly -which we overlooked initially but worth mentioning. (We received warning emails our initial appointment would be canceled if paperwork wasn’t returned -a day after it was emailed) you also have to call and leave messages -they frequently don’t answer-not the best situation for patients with mental health issues. I gave 2 stars because my son liked the therapist-when he could actually talk to him. He also answered his email in a more timely manner. Be advised he rarely has a one hour session-they were usually about 30 minutes-which I thought a bit odd."
