"Misleading information about accepting Medicaid. The person I spoke to was Dr. Parisi who said they do accept BCBS Medicaid. I filled out the paperwork with other documents and sent images of my white paper medical card sent from the state of Illinois-healthcare and family services. He then states that they don't accept straight Medicaid (but your advertising that you do... except.... Medicaid......) I tell him it's BCBS Medicaid and then proceeds to ask for a card in which I already uploaded in the email but tells me they need an actual card (whatever card that is at this point because I sent my card that Illinois healthcare and family services mailed to me) I never had any issues using the same exact white paper Medicaid card for whatever service I need. They pull my information with the same white card and see that I'm insured through BCBS community health plans. Just happy I didn't further waste any of my time and will look elsewhere"

"Let me begin with sharing how kind and accommodating this practice is. I was set up with Dr k. Restor and Dr Robinson. Both, whom were very kind. Dr KRestor made my first visit one of if not the best I've ever had the pleasure of having. And, I've had many physicians over the course of 44 years. I didn't feel judged what so ever, or rushed. This has been by far the best experience I've ever had with mental health physicians and staff. I plan on staying with them untill the moment they decide they have seen enough of me!!! "While my therapist herself was pleasant to work with, when I showed frustration with the financial aspect of the visits in the fact i could not pay after each visit, and was hit with lumpsums instead, the communication between employees and the patients came off as quite unprofessional. Dr. Parisi in particular was rude, more or less stating that BECAUSE I had told them that I felt their behavior was unprofessional, that his "sassy" (for lack of a better word) responses to me were justified and that I should have expected that it would've happened when i called them unprofessional. It was like a slap to the face to be told that I basically deserved to be treated that way because I had offended them. So much for being about patients mental wellbeing... Edit in response to their reply: As I had stated, I was frustrated with the payment options, at no point did I refuse to pay, so you're the one factually incorrect. Now you're accusing me of intentionally putting down incorrect information, and you're STILL trying to talk to me with your holier than thou attitude. The way you worded your response is further proof of your childish ways of responding to upset clientele. I hope you have the day you deserve and look forward to never having to deal with this unprofessional company ever again."
