"This place doesn’t even deserve one star . These are absolute slum lords . It is people staying in these units 1000s behind in rent ! They do not care about tenants ! I guess because the rent is cheap they just don’t care ! It is major problems it’s 5-6 people is these apartments . Neighbors causes roaches ! Management is terrible. This supposed to be a business and the phone is disconnected! ITS SAD. You have to reach people on their cell if you’re lucky enough to have their number . They never respond to emails. If you fill out an application and pay and application fee you have wasted your money because no one is going to get back to you . Don’t try to go to the office either because no one is never there ! Doors are very weak for someone to break in. There is no type of security here. Doors are open all night . People they live higher up throws all kinds of trash down the steps and low level pools have to deal with Tabasco products, nasty diapers and etc … the steps are nasty and weak . Trash all in front of your door steps . This is sick and disgusting. I will be looking to call in on these furs it’s no one fault your under staffed or anything else"

"I’ve been living in there apartments going on three years now and as time goes by it’s getting bad no one answers the office phone you can’t call and talk to anybody I have one of the lady’s personal phone number I should have to call her personal phone to get in touch with anyone in the office..You can drop your deposit off on time the box don’t get checked and you still get charged a late fee its no one’s fault that you guys are under staffed…"

"No one ever answers the phone & the mail box is full as if it doesn’t get checked. They’ll take your $50 application fee & then never respond to you. Doesn’t matter what time you call you won’t get an answer."

"There's a known bedbug infestation and when brought to their attention and they treat it on a schedule and will not treat your unit sooner whether you're being bitten or not. Posted pictures are from the hallway of my building. Edit: I refused twice treatment because you gave us less than a days notice. We have jobs and can't lock our dogs up all day. I've talked to maintance and the terminex guy about where the infestation started. Maintnace said he was being evicted for never bringing it to your attention. This is not something we brought in ourselves. There were multiple units with this problem. There were constantly people sitting outside, smoking weed, being rambunctious. We kept to ourselves and rarely complained. We'd come outside to people sitting on our cars. We'd be woken up on the middle of the night to a couple fist fighting. What really irritates me about all of this is that I fully expected not to get our safety deposit back due to the water damage on the ceiling that was brought up to the previous owners and never fixed and I honestly didn't even really care, but your office called asking for an address to send it to, and we've yet to receive anything."
