"Go somewhere else if you’re suffering with back pain. I went in via their Ortho Immediate Care, they don’t tell you the Dr on call for that assignment is not a specialist in your area of need. (I would have went elsewhere) Had a sports medicine specialist give me anti-inflammatory for a severe case of sciatica- nothing to address the pain and extreme difficulty to walk and recommend 4 weeks of stretching. They had to place something I could hold onto- to stand, to take an X-ray because I couldn’t stand. I called back two days later to make an appointment with the back specialist because of the pain- I was told I have to follow the instructions that were given before I can come back to see a specialist that treats my issue. Yes, not allowed. I can’t walk or move, so I should stretch for 4 weeks? Don’t go here, take your money, health and insurance card elsewhere. And whoever is on the other end of the phone, you’re not working at the DMV."
"Went in today with a referral from my primary care physician after dealing with back pain for 6+ years and say Dr Regan. I had x-rays taken of my back recently and found that i have scoliosis and my PCP was concerned about a compression fracture. Doctor looked at my x rays and completely dismissed me after i said that I’m a lifter. Said that i probably just do squats wrong despite me telling him that i hadn’t don’t squats when the pain started because i was nervous about my back. I asked him why i had pain if scoliosis doesn’t cause pain and he said PT should fix it without really giving any sort of explanation. He then went on a tangent about how i don’t have to worry about my back getting worse when i decide to have kids and being pregnant should be fine. He literally said to me “if you decide to become a baby factory, your back won’t be an issue.” It was an appalling statement and I was extremely uncomfortable. I told him about my job working security when he asked about my occupation and he tried to tell me how to do my job and to just not be the first person on scene, because that’s definitely how that works. Kept going on and made me feel small and weak because i am a woman. It felt very misogynistic and i am incredibly disappointed and left with no answers. Would not recommend anyone, especially females, see Dr. Regan."
"IBJI Doctor Office in Arlington Heights Illinois has been so professional but also very welcoming throughout my knee replacement and shoulder therapy. Would recommend them to all ages. Thank you Dr. Ludkowski and Dr Hill and everyone in Physical Therapy!!!"
"Was not expecting to be seen right away but person who coordinated the appointment was reassuring and scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Hill was very good at addressing my knee pain. All around a very good experience."
"Excellent doctor/doctor's assistant/patient care. They listen and understand each patient's needs. This is my 3rd visit for both knee gel injections and they were done quickly and painless."
