The process of seeking help is already an incredibly difficult one and the person who tried to help my wife wasn't good at communicating and deterred us from getting help when this process starts off difficult. If the services are as good as the reception I'd stay far away from this place."

"BEWARE My mother decided going to Geode Health will help her with severe depression after my father passing, all she got was a HUGE bill , come to find out she was duped into believing they accepted her insurance. The billing manager Mary seems to know nothing about billing, atleast that is what I am told by the clueless front office staff. How is sending patients huge bills suppose to help with their Mental Issues. Something needs to be done and contact the NO Surprise ACT if this is happening to you !!!!!"
