"Took me some time to find a pain management specialist as my neurologist asked me to find one for a blood patch procedure. Dr . Gerardo called me himself to find out more about my case. He was very thorough, suggested the best. His receptionist “Cindy “ I believe that’s her name was very helpful and super nice. Karen the nurse when I arrived there was the best. I love how skilled she is and loves her job she is better in typing on a computer than I am at my age. Dr. Gerardo was pleasant to work with and inform me of the best for treatment for myself. I loved everything about this gem hidden in Elmhurst hospital. Thank you for the care! Looking forward my next appointments."

"Had one shot for spinal stenosis in August of 2022. Dr. Girardot suggested I return for additional shots if my pain returned. C alled the office on December 20th and again today (December 28th). No one answers the phone nor has anyone returned my calls. I'm in pain , I did like Dr. Girardot but guess I'll have to look for a new doctor."

"I been with this clinic for 21 years until now because at times I have to be out of town and they will not allow me to see a Dr. out of state even with their cooperation for my pain; can not fill prescriptions out of state; Must fly up and back between states even during Covid every 60 days no exceptions. I cant find a new Dr. Nobody wants patients on pain meds. Prescriptions must not be filled A-day too soon or A-day too late. Caring? No I ask the male nurse what does a person do when traveling? What does the president do while traveling? And his response was, " let's hope the president is not on anarcotics. Really? Thanks for nothing Elmhurst Pain Clinic."

"This pain clinic is negligent & discombobulated. The nurse ordered the wrong injection for a family member which resulted in unnecessary pain for a few more weeks until the right injection was administered. The scheduling representative is also an incompetent liar. After scheduling an appointment with a specific female anesthesiologist, we were met a different male anesthesiologist at the time of the procedure. Avoid Elmhurst if you're able too. They can potentially cause serious long lasting health problems. You've been warned."

"I know they can be a little difficult to reach because they often require you to leave a message, but I've also gotten through right away at times. More important than that is the wonderful care they give me. In this environment, to have doctors who still care about your pain is nothing short of amazing. They are a truly caring group and I would never go elsewhere. Been with them since 2010."
