"If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is a joke. The lady was rude and lazy on the phone. She said their was no available appointments. And told me to google urgent care near me!! Why would I need to do that if this is my primary care provider. It just makes no sense how these people get away with this. It’s mind boggling."

"Came in today for a quick checkup for the 1st time, my throat hurt pretty bad and I was feverish. My primary care doc was out so I had to find another doc asap. Found Dr Ruksanas clinic and immediately made an appt. Went in and after some normal paperwork I was handed a paper that $110 was due right now b/c $750 is my deductible. What?! I have BlueCrossBlueShield PPO and I have never heard this before. I always make a co-pay of $20 for a general physician. This office was a rip off. Not to mention when I told the receptionist this isnt possible, she just said Ok rudely and snatched the paper from me. Do not come here if service matters to you!!"

"Bad service with horrible billing.First the front desk lied and then they made me see the doctor for no reason and then charged my insurance company for it.since I had not met my deductible I had to pay for a visit that I was not supposed to even do.when I asked the front desk for a clarification they were rude and she said she cannot waste time in clarifying my query.never going to this place again."
