"First time getting an MRI and I have to say this was a pleasant experience, as far as an MRI CAN be a pleasant experience. All staff were competent and friendly. Little wait time to book appointment, and be seen. The Spotify music offering while going through the test was a nice touch."

"Making the appointment was difficult. I had to drive to a location in order to make the appointment. This was after calling and being told to send the order via email. Which I did but I did not receive a response. Maybe I sent to the wrong place? When I arrived at the location to make an appointment no one was at the front counter. After several minutes, one of the techs from the back came out and had to find the front counter personal. When the front counter personal two woman arrived they both had food with them. Looked like Mostaccoli? Counter personal were a bit Impersonal and on the day of the appointment one of the ladies discussed a woman's medical information out loud. That is a no no! When she was called out on it by the patient, she blamed the patient for not standing up to speak to her right away. I arrived the day of my appointment I waited I would guess at least 40 minutes after arriving on time for my test. The rest was fine CT tech and assistant were awesome."

"My tech was very nice and answered any questions I had. The only concern I had was that she left the computer open and I was able to see other clients name and info displayed on the screen."
