Going for surgical procedures is scary and each person I encountered was professional and kind. This was very different from the surgical experience I had at the Naperville location. Worth the trip."

"Avoid this center at all costs. Post surgery, staff ignored my concerns about increased bleeding as they hurried me out of recovery. I had complications that resulted in trips to 2 more hospitals and a 2nd emergency surgery. Duly was unreachable and unresponsive as I dealt with these issues, leaving me to fend for myself without direction at a critical time. Horrific customer care. Every time I call a Duly facility I have to wait on hold forever and hear “Duly is more than a name – it's a promise. A promise to practice healthcare the way it was originally intended”. This couldn’t be further from reality."

"I had an endoscopy done there. I called several times before my procedure to check the cost because we have a high deductible. The bills I got in the end were way different from what I was told in the beginning, especially the anesthesia service - Doctor bill. It was separate from other bills, which I was not even told earlier. In addition, the amount was even more than I paid for the doctor who did the EGD for me. I am not sure whatever type of anesthesia service they contract with. Overall, they are a way overcharge for a small procedure, not even a small surgery. Or, I don't know the anesthetists make much more than the gastroenterologists in general. Just a reminder, please shop around before making your decision. Update: I talked with one person who happened to work at another place where they do EGD the other day. I told her about my bill. She was shocked with the total amount I paid for only an EGD, a small procedure, which is not even counted as a surgery. Please please avoid this place if you don't want to get your wallet robbed!!!"
