"I've been seeing Dr. Na for a year now and she's incredibly compassionate and listens. She doesn't make me feel bad about exercise or my diet, but makes suggestions on how I can improve it without being critical or making me feel bad. She truly makes me feel like I can talk to her about any of my health concerns without being scolded, feeling judged or bad about myself. This is very important when seeking a health provider. Would highly recommend her."

"Horrible experience with rude and incompetent receptionists and staff. Doctors and medical assistants failure to communicate makes it incredibly frustrating for the patient. I was told I needed to retake a blood test, but they failed to not only give me an order for the test, but also to communicate to me that there was no order placed. They told me I can go to any local clinic (which I did) to get the test done but failed to mention that there was no order placed for me to get the test. Overall, I would not recommend this place for anyone."

"I was told the wait would be a half hour to an hour at the immediate care. I waited over two hours. While the nurse was lovely and helpful, the doctor was not. I explained my high anxiety and phobia of doctors. My doctor’s bedside manner was critical and unhelpful. (When asked what time I woke up, which was 9am that day, I was told, “Oh, you slept in?” Even after explaining after that I am up at 6am on workdays.) I was unhappy with my treatment and would not return."

"Horrible experience I wouldn't never recommend this to anyone from the receptionist to Dr. Arora who by the way its all about the money and they can care less about you or your health. My experience was : As soon as I walk in i was greed by a unwelcome face and not a smile from the receptionist, I assumed this was because I was in my dirty work clothes , she look away as I was sitting in front of her and grabbed her personal cell phone. After about 30 seconds she look at me and said how can I help you and a not so friendly matter. When I finally talk to Dr. Aurora for less than 45 seconds he recommend it a Colonoscopy and left me talking, So $160 for 45 Seconds, I felt robbed. 2 months later I landed in the E.R. They cannot get a hold of hem. Finally i talked to the receptionist and said Dr. Arora will call me to talk about the plan. The day pass with no call and I call back the next day to find out why. The receptionist was rude AGAIN and said he forgot but I can make you an appointment in 2 weeks . So I told her how unhappy I was about this situation and mentioned the i will write a negative review and will find a different Dr. She laugh and said no-one reads those things and hang up on me. Im self pay no insurance, so this is a big deal for me ,Beware of this Dr. All he cares is about the money and notting else. They are obviously busy and they believe that they don't need our business because they fell are superior to the working class . I believe there is good Doctors out there with good principles and morals but he's not one ofthem."
