"Over charged me by nearly $225. An absolute nightmare to deal with their customer service to try and get this resolved. DO NOT go to this place, it’s an absolute joke of a company."

"This minute clinic wrongly billed my insurance and then charged me $139. After spending hours of time, they ended up only refunding me $116 after correctly billing my insurance. The hold times to speak to the billing department is always over an hour. Today, I spent 2 hours on hold to be told that the billing department closed 15 minutes before I could reach someone. Worst customer service ever. I will be disputing the remaining of the transaction."

"charged me $0.03 short and then put my if collections for it. COVID tests used were just the same at home ones that don't work, just a waste of money and time. The staff was wonderful and not related to my issues, but I wouldn't go here again."

"The appointment and check in process was easy and seamless. Unfortunately, the positive feedback ends there. I made an appointment here because it was a weekend and my GP couldn't see me. First, they couldn't figure out how to enter my insurance and then told me they didn't accept it (I knew they did because I checked). I ended up paying out of pocket and then had my insurance reimburse me. I had severe ear pain and a few other upper respiratory symptoms (I took 3 COVID tests over a week, it wasn't that). The PA that saw me told me he couldn't see anything and I must have wax build up so I should buy an ear wax removal kit and try that (I knew that wasn't the issue, so I didn't try it). He completely disregarded my other symptoms and seemed like he just wanted to get me out of there, even though no one else was waiting. I progressively felt worse and ended up seeing my GP a few days later. My GP had zero issue seeing that I had a double ear infection and a sinus infection and told me the infection "was very apparent and should have been detected by the medical professional who first saw me." Don't waste your time going to this Minute Clinic. You most likely won't get an accurate diagnosis."

"Ultimately, you are better off making an appointment with your GP. I drove about 30 minutes to this specific MinuteClinic because it was the only one that had an appointment available for the same day (I was feeling very under the weather and had to call off work). Scheduling an appointment and checking in at the kiosk was pretty straightforward, and the receptionist at the MinuteClinic was kind. The lady who I saw was just OK. As someone who works in the medical field myself, I believe I have an understanding of what excellent care looks like, and this was certainly not it. There was no enthusiasm nor any real advice on what I should do to improve my condition because, apparently, my condition did not warrant prescribing antibiotics — I essentially paid $50 AFTER insurance to have someone tell me to take DayQuil. It has been four days since my visit and I still feel ill. This is the first and last time I will visit a MinuteClinic."
