"Had to go in for a random CDL drug test. Never been here but every drug test has always been an in and out thing. Not here. Place is packed and told an hour wait … to pee in a cup. Unreal."

"Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I was there for a pre-employment test and the test together did not even take 15 minutes but I was there for three hours just sitting and waiting. I wanted to make an appointment and they told me no I should just walk in. If you go there be sure to make an appointment."

"this place is a joke. came in and was told it would be 1 hour. 2 hours later and still sitting here. they don't respect your time and they take all day to do what? i don't know. never had to wait so long for a drug test. I would hate to have to come here for any real emergency with how poor there other services are. never coming back and letting everyone know to avoid this place."

"I arrived around 2:30pm and was immediately told my physical would have about 3 to 3.5 hours wait time. I had 4 other procedures scheduled. I filled out all the paperwork for the other procedures and let the young lady at the desk know that I could come back for the physical. I finally started my procedures at about 4:45. There was a postman that came for a physical and called to tell his boss of the wait time. He was called before me even though he arrived after me. I was told everyone did not need to see the doctor. The doctor did the physical!!!! I even went out to get food. I was patient and feel the staff made me wait unnecessarily. I will never go back to this clinic again. I only went because they did everything that was needed for Prescreening. The best part of my visit was Juan he gave me a shot and drew my blood without any pain as I am afraid of needles. And the physician was also nice."

"This place is ridiculous! I walk in to the Sign-in desk, with no one there, and the 2 ladies on either side look at each other and 1 tells me to sign in on the sheet and have a seat. I do so and wait for an hour and a half. At that point, 1 person that came in after me gets called in. I'm told she needs to do a part of her test before that trained personnel left for the day. Another goes up questioning about what he's supposed to be getting done, and after 15-20 minutes they decide he only needs a drug test, so they let him in back. Now I question again why he is going before me. "Well he only needs a drug test" I'm told, which is all I'm there for. I explained that to her and she walks to the back then comes back asking if I registered. So now at almost 2 hours I'm finally registering and do my 5 minute drug test. No urgency, apology or remorse was given. GO ELSEWHERE"
