"Dr. Valeriano is a very good doctor, however her office staff has been declining over the past few years. Until recently I was her patient for almost ten years. Communication is a major issue with her staff. Getting a medication refill or appointment often requires several phone calls. Most of the time I or the pharmacy will call for a refill. After 2-3 business days with no response a second phone call is made to the office. At this point it can go one of two ways- another message will be taken by someone who claims to not see recent correspondence or they will say, "Oh, you need to make an appointment." Often times the instruction to make an appointment doesn't happen until the third call. Not sure why they can't have the courtesy of calling the patient back to inform them of this. The same thing happens with test results. I always thought the "no news is good news" rule applied when I didn't hear back from the office but that's not always true. On two occasions I came to find out that I actually didn't have normal test results until months after the fact. The office staff often leaves the office early making it difficult to schedule appointments. Again, if you leave a message it will not be returned so you have to continue to call until you reach a live person. Oh, and if a person answers "Hello?" instead of the typical office introduction usually spoken- this is common. Don't hang up thinking you mistakenly dialed a private residence. The staff just doesn't know how to professionally answer the phone."

"Dr. Juliette Valeriano is great! I have been a patient of Dr. Valeriano for over 8 years. I have been a flight attendant now for the past 4 years. I am based in Florida. However, I continue to fly up here to visit Dr. Valeriano for my anual visits."
