"BEWARE!!! Please know this new group has very little appreciation for people. They only care about the bottom line and will not care about patients. After, 12 years of being a patient/customer of dupage medical group. Duly doesn't care about its patients. The billing department hung up on us 5 times in one day. They hung on their own staff member that called with me at their desk. Duly administration office ignores people and doesn't have a billing person locally. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THEIR OFFICES ARE LOCAL AND YET THEIR BILLING STAFF IS NOT LOCAL. PLEASE BE AWARE DEALING WITH THIS MEDICAL BUSINESS."

"I was in need of a new Primary in my area. I checked through Duly and after going through random filters, I selected Dr. Muzammil and I have no regrets. I've seen him a handful of times now for a variety of issues. He is super friendly, quick to assess you, but doesn't make you feel like he's in a rush to leave you. He has a good selection of time frames for appointments. The front desk is also friendly."

They handled all questions I threw at them, regarding my insurance and follow up visits. Arrived early to my appointment checked in and within a few minutes I was already being called to head back.
