"I called Mukul Bhatt 4 times. He returned my call the first time and left a message. I called him right back since I didn’t recognize the number. Each time I called, he said he was in a meeting and would call me in an hour, but he never returned the calls. If you’re busy in a meeting, let your phone go to voicemail and call the person back or just let them know you don’t have the time or want your business. There is nothing worse than saying over and over you will call right back and never do. If he ever decides to call back after waiting over two week, I’ll simply say, no thanks, I don’t want to deal with someone who can’t follow through on what they say."
