"Wasted my time and delayed therapy for my child. We spent over 3 hours on 3 separate occasions doing assessments with Dr Salt and were told we could start in a few weeks. After 4 weeks of no contact. Dr Salt wouldn't return my emails or calls. Completely ignored me. I called and emailed over a dozen times with no response. Finally after calling their other location in Naperville, I was told their BCBA quit and that we would be put on a waiting list for 1-2 months. 7 months later, I've only received 2 follow up emails each time saying I am next on the list and it should only be another month wait. I am disgusted that they weren't just honest with me from the beginning instead of stringing me along and wasting valuable time we could've started services elsewhere. Horrible business practices from the front desk to management to the psychologist. This place should be shut down."
