"I came here for a “Rapid” test result. The nurse who conducted the exam said that it takes 15 min to run the test, but may take up to 2 hours for results. 4 hours later…nothing. Don’t tell people about an anticipated time and don’t honor it. Don’t call it Rapid if you don’t have the staff to take the time to call people back with their results."
