"We take our cat here for almost 2 years. When we first found her, we took here to three different doctors before finding this clinic. Animal Hospital and Clinic of Arlington is the best place to take your pet. They have performed surgery on her, treated illness, and recently gave her stitches for a wound. Dr. Whaba does a great job every time. He really cares about our cat and even gives phone calls to follow up on her appointment. The clinic is flexible, has good prices, and does the best for each of their patients. I will continue to take our beloved cat here for years to come!"

"Talk about a great experience. Wonderful front desk staff, wonderful techs, wonderful doctor. Never in my life have I had a vet actually SHOW me the results from a test. I got to go back and SEE my cats lab sample from under the microscope and understand exactly what the dr was talking about and understand how serious it is. When other vets just tell you, you don't fully understand and you just have to take their word for it, but the Dr here wants you to understand exactly what's going on. Was also honest and gave me a recommendation for one of the things my cat needed that I could get cheaper over the counter at the store than what he would give me. All in all my cat had testing done, got a shot, pain meds for a few days, and also special prescription food all for about $220. That's pretty good in my book! Also there's another review on here saying their "behind the scenes" was unkept- I'll just say I got to walk back there to see my cat's results and they have a well maintained facility. It's not new and shiny but it's an older building and that's how they keep their costs down I assume. But the important part is the cleanliness and care of the staff here. Come here if you're looking for a Dr who cares about their patients and is a great communicator. Edit to add that I literally watched them sanitize the room before we went in, so not sure what other reviews are talking about."

"Clean, well-run clinic with competent staff, in an aging building which I like. It keeps prices down. I left my last vet because they bought a new building and quadrupled the cost of dental cleaning. The price for the exam was what I paid. My dog is old and Dr. Whaba was gentle with him but honest about the risks of anesthesia. He patiently answered my questions. We had a bit of a language miscommunication but we worked through it. I highly recommend him based on my first visit especially for anyone who is paying outrageous prices for vet care. Update 1-12-2024 Our 17-year-old dog lived his very best life and we needed to euthanize him. The vet accommodated my small requests (there were 4 members of the family at the time) and explained everything gently and factually. Dr. Whaba started the IV in seconds and my dog barely flinched. It was a sweet and kind good-bye to a beloved family member. Thank you Dr. Whaba."

Dr. Whaba made our cat feel so visibly comfortable and was very thorough in diagnosing him while also informing us on what we needed to know.
