"First let me start off by giving Karla in the leasing office all five stars!!! She’s very professional, has an awesome personality and always has a smile that makes you feel very welcome!!! Karla is beyond phenomenal! Every encounter with her from the initial inquiry throughout being a resident has been superb. Gorgeous apartments & clubroom. Property is maintained and kept clean. Pet friendly, free coffee bar, numerous amenities including a gym for residents to access 24/7 & a heated saltwater POOL!!!! This is truly a great place to call home!"

"We love it here. We moved back to the area after being gone for 40 years. We had a smooth transition moving in, Karla made everything easy for us. We were able to complete everything on line before we got here. After driving from WA state to MO it was a wonderful feeling when Karla handed us the keys, we felt like we came home!"

FOUR stars for the property....(almost perfect) I've been living at Grand Central at the Junction for a year now & have had great experience outside of the disrespectful inconsiderate jerk above me. I'm currently living in a 2nd floor unit but transferring to 3rd floor unit (very top). If you have an issue with noise, I highly recommend requesting a 3rd floor unit. Outside of that, I don't have any issues except for the below. - the HVAC unit is extremely loud in the summer & winter - the fridge is small NOW for the PROS....................... - staff is great & attentive - property is kept clean - free coffee bar with Kaldi coffee - gorgeous clubroom with numerous amenities including a gym for residents to access 24/7 - POOL!!!! This is truly a great place to call home!"

"I have been here since April of last year and have enjoyed my time here so much that I have extended my lease for another year. The community and amenities are great and the staff is second to none. Karla (leasing agent) has been great to deal with. She has high energy and wants the best for her residents. She is very prompt to address any issues that came about and she had created a family atmosphere here at Grand Central. The management and maintenance staff are very professional which makes this complex one of the best in St. Charles County."
