"They don't fix anything, air comes through the electrical outlets and the windows which raises the utility bill, It's holes underneath the carpet that's leading to outside in the living room, bugs crawling through the windows, storm windows are missing, they paint over mold, they charge you $70.00 for reused cheap blinds when you can buy them for $4.00 at Wal-mart. Dog poop is everywhere, you can't even go to the mailbox without stepping in some. The manager (Becky) Lies all the time and she laughs at your problems right in front of your face. Example: When you tell her about your problems while putting an work order in she just makes up excuses, she either tell you something is too expensive to fix, or just tell you that she can't do anything about it (This place needs to be exposed and renovated asap!!!!!!! Even when it's time for inspection they just ignore everything you complain about avoiding fixing things constantly covering up for each other, even the man that does the inspection with management plays along. (Family working for family and family covering up for family) Security and maintenance are having sexual relations with some of the tenants also"
