"Do not rent from this complex! They are never in the office to answer calls, the maintenance just puts Band-Aids on issues if you can get ahold of them. The place is so ran down! You pay for what you get. Definitely the worst apartments of St. Peters. Constant rolly pollys, brown recluse spiders...very unsafe place to live in."
"Do not rent from this place. My mother died on Sunday we paid rent for November they changed the locks on us and will not let us get anything out of her apartment the office manager's name is Norma she is a liar do not trust her I encourage you not to rent from her I lived there myself for 13 years. Norma she's no good do not trust her. She spoke horrible things to me about my mother after she died why would you do that they have black mold in my mother's apartment they had water dripping they never fix this and she lived there for seven years"
"Thin walls I lived here 5 years . I never had a big problem with the people working in the office. But I can understand the people that do. I had to place many complaints about certain residents before it got taken care of. For me the main issue was thin walls . Paper thin."
"We lived there for a year and had to move out of state, otherwise we would have renewed our lease. Great location, very reasonable price compared to some places out there. The apartment is very clean and spacious, we loved having a little yard to plant things. Maitenance and management were on top of work orders for bug infestations, leaks and whatever else was the problem. We seldom had any.They came promptly and fixed the problems one time and we never had to ask again. This place certainly did not cut corners when it came to professionalism, another reason why all their apartments are usually full, because people like it there and don't want to leave. Good people run this place."
