"We were weary on our journey to New Orleans and could not drive one more mile. Matt my boyfriend decided to stay here. We have platinum AAA due to he has a business that has alot of trucks and trailers. So we obviously use the AAA discount when we use hotels. The woman who checked use in was very nice. However she did not apply it to the quote. I kept asking and she said she did. I was too exhausted so I decided to deal with it in the morning when we checked out. I was correct when I checked the itemized receipt. The new desk attendant was incredibly helpful and receptive to my concern og the refund back to my account. She and her manager did it PROMPTLY WITHOUT A CALL the next day. I greatly appreciate the fabulous service . The last time I had to deal with a hotel and a refund it took 2 weeks and 5 calls/interactions. So once again THANK YOU!!"

"What a great staff. Check-in person was very welcoming & had great recommendations for restaurants for dinner. The room was clean & comfortable. I love the walk-in shower instead of the tub/shower combo. The gentleman at checkout was equally pleasant. We enjoyed our stay & definitely will return."
