"Excellent reviews and close to Home, what else could you want right. First time setting food in this place and you see on the wall posters of encouragement to leave a 5 star review, that sure ring a bell. I went in for very mild pain in mid-back, even thinking "do I really need this", but consulting with Dr. Eric made me thinking that this is the place. I was WRONG, they will drain your insurance and keep you going thinking it will help. Worst part at some point after a few months Dr. Eric pushed the wrong nerve and I couldn't turn my head any more than 30 degrees. I was in that condition for 3 weeks before I can turn my head further. 4 months later they are sending me a huge bill saying that insurance wouldn't cover it because it was drained. Stay away, find people that care."
"I LOVE getting acupuncture here. Dr. Eric is super knowledgeable and friendly. It's easy to get an appointment right away. Also, unlike most places they don't over book therefore you are actually seen at your appointment time. I started with a Groupon but will be continuing to come. I actually get relief from my back pain after trying everything else. I would recommend IPM Roselle to all my friends and family."
