"Been customers for a while. Im actually the son of the people who have the insurance plan. I needed my car towed, so we went through the insurance, and made sure to use a towing company that was covered. On the phone, they told me the truck would be there at 11:42. So here I am at 2pm calling the tow company, where it turns out that the insurance never actually contacted them besides asking if they could do a tow. They told me they didnt even know where my car was. I was sitting in my car waiting for practically 3 hours in 85° weather, all because they supposedly just forgot about me. for no reason. Sometimes you wonder what went wrong, i hope it was something stupid, honestly. but im so frustrated and angry and annoyed, its unbelievable."
