Pearle Vision

"When I was purchasing my new glasses, about 6 months ago, they presented me with the option of adding a protection plan (approx. $85). I was willing to add it, but me and partner both asked questions about it, including if they would be covered if they were lost, not just broken. So here we are, glasses lost, and the manager claims that nobody there would have ever said the plan covers lost or stolen and was essentially gaslighting me, telling me it didn’t happen and wouldn’t ever happen. So please beware that they will lie to you to get you to pay more and were clearly preying on my concern over frequently losing things (my own fault) and the manager will immediately side with and cover up the teams lies. I assure you that I was as polite and respectful as can be, and she went straight to saying that that they couldn’t have possibly said that to me. My partner was with me and also clearly remembers us asking about lost/stolen coverage and that being what us purchasing the protection plan was contingent on. Long story short, they were were dishonest, and then dishonest about their dishonesty even to the point of being accusatory. They have lost my respect and business and hope everyone takes this into consideration before trusting Pearle Vison Lake Zurich with your eye care needs"
