ATI Physical Therapy

"I'm very upset at the fact that l came here to set up appointments for the next 2 months and they are close! The hours say 7am-7pm and it is currently 3pm! Called customer service and they said they close at 11am today because that was the last appointment! That is very Unprofessional!! They should not close because it was the last appointment. I'm pretty sure that goes against the contract for union labor. I will be reporting this to my union!!"

"Started therapy great, then some staff issues and new therapist took over. My sessions were cut short often because they were eager to go home. There was too many patients scheduled for one, and I was not feeling properly taken care off. My sessions were not progressing much at all, kept doing the basic repetitive exercises and I was still billed for full care sessions. I decided to go elsewhere, patients need to be taken care of better. I understand staffing issues happened but every patient should be worked with one on one as it should be."
