"Fantastic first visit at this office. I followed Dr. Girbes from her previous practice at Advocate. She has been my son's doctor since he was just 3 months old. She is very patient and kind. She makes sure that all of my concerns are answered before the end of each visit. You can tell that she loves her job and she's very good at it. This clinic is blessed to have her working here. Before my son's appointment, I saw people posted online complaining about the wait time. In preparation for my son's exam, I packed a bag full of toys and his tablet. To my surprise there wasn't much of a wait time. Registration took a little longer, about 10 minutes, but that was understandable since they were training a new employee at the front desk. There was no line behind me since other staff from different areas started to check others in. Once we sat down we waited 3 minutes max. My son was worked up by Daisy and she was the sweetest. She was able to make my son feel at ease and explained what she was doing to him. I highly recommend Dr. Girbes and her staff."

"I had an amazing experience everyone was very polite and was assisted within minutes of me and my son arriving. Love loved Dr. Mina Girbes she took her time and actually made sure my son was properly cared for and asked the right questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all Definitely recommend her services here. The place overall."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! As many hours as I have waited in this place over the years for care!!! And I'm late once and they want to tell me I have to reschedule when it's already hard enough to get an appointment!!!"

"I arrived 10 minutes after my appointment they have a 15 minute late policy. They did not want to accept me. They care more about clocking out than a person’s health, but then on days they are busy they make one wait more than an hour. Appointments aren’t made until 2 months later. For 10 minutes late now I have to wait 2 months."

"Worst clinic EVER! They do not care about the adult patients nor the children patients! I faxed over paperwork to them on Saturday, December 3rd and I called them today, (December 8th) to ask why they haven’t transferred over my medical records and they said because they never received the fax?? I have a copy that I sent it to the correct fax number. The lady on the phone was very rude to me! I do not recommend you to see any of the doctors at this clinic!"
