"Went to ER, paid my ER fee right on the spot, month later I start to get bills from them for $1201.00, I called them and they stated to me "oh we are separate department from hospital" we are collecting money on behalf of the physician(s)." Called the Hospital they pretty much left me hanging, they dont know anything about this... We pay insurance then the copay then this hidden bills starts to emerge from no where. Make sure before using ER (which is every tax payers right to use) ask them are there any hidden billing going to be coming towards your way... No wonder a lot of people end up giving them fake addresses because of them doing unethical way of business and no one is holding them accountable for this... System is an absolute joke!"

"Very unethical business practices. Had two recent ER Visits totaling out to $3057 combined. When I first reached out to the customer service they said they could apply a self pay discount (of 40%). When I looked at my account online and saw that the discount wasn’t applied, I emailed them to ask what’s going on. They backtracked saying I wasn’t qualified for self pay discount due to having insurance. I requested for them to void both claims to the insurances, since I was not benefiting from it in any way, and since I wound save over $1k for self pay - and they still denied. Very unethical."
"Sent me to collections over $48 with no previous notification. ER visit in August and then a collection letter in December. No mail, no voice mails…,just a Christmas letter from a collections group. If I could rate them zero I would. Typical arrogant, non caring doctor group proving once again why large profit health care sucks. Have fun at the country club this holiday season you heartless wretched…..apparently you think you’ve earned it. You definitely needed my $48 more than I did as you were willing to send me to collections for it without notice. Happy Holidays!!!"
