"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was a terrible experience for my partner and I. Having this be our first time going through the IUI process, we expected a fertility clinic to have bedside manner. Not only did this office lack empathy, they also never shared the billing process. Having my partner and I surprised to need to put a credit card on file the day of our appointment and as soon as we left being charged. We never received an itemized bill but a month later we received a bill with outstanding funds. Again, they never shared the cost and how their billing process is handled. The doctor at the appointment did not walk us through the process nor did he feel inclined to share any useful information first timers might find helpful. He even seemed annoyed the day of insemination when I asked a question about the sperm count. There are much better clinics out there that will speak to each part of this process and do it with a smile on! Looked elsewhere."
