"We got switched to this new agent and he immediately doubled our insurance rates. We tried for weeks to get a better rate. The main issue is that Dave said we were deceased according to his records and the reason why he was having problems getting us a better rate. This didn't make any sense at all and he couldn't resolve it in time for our next payment and kept giving us the runaround for over a month. When payment was about due, he said he was able to get us a better rate, but when we got the bill, it was way higher than what he quoted. We had to pay it the same day to keep our insurance. Bait and switched. In addition, when I went in to pay, I was not greeted kindly by the receptionist and I felt like I was intruding upon the place. Dave had to run out from his office to greet me and the receptionist realized I was a paying customer and not some random person walking in even though I kindly said hello and I was there to drop off a check. After I payed, he stopped communication with us and the issue of us being deceased never got resolved. Moving to a new insurance company because of this and for half the price with more coverage."
