"When we decided on bringing a German Shepherd puppy in to our family, we knew it would be best to have him obedience trained. We spoke to our vet, also a German Shepherd owner, and he recommended Jessy of Dogworx Academy. We visited Jessy for a consultation and immediately knew she was the trainer for us (we interviewed multiple trainers prior to her). Our puppy stayed with Jessy and her trainers for 6 weeks. When we picked him up, his obedience was amazing and we couldn’t believe how much he had learned in his time there. Jessy and one of the trainers spent over an hour “training” us (including our young children) on how to exercise the commands at home. She also provided us with a video of our puppy exercising his commands which greatly helped us properly continue to work on his training at home. He does test us more than I expect he would the trainers, but Jessy warned us that would happen. He follows most commands with little effort as continues improving each day.
