"Scheduled a Nurses visit to get shots for school 2 week's in advance, checked in. after waiting 30 minutes, nurse came out & said she had no order for the shot's he needed & had him as a walk in & we have to schedule a dr's appointment. Every since Dr's Adam left I haven't been happy with this office. Going to be looking for a new drs/office."

"So this office is okay if you need to get something prescribed for the flu or something, but if you need any follow up, do not expect it is what I found in my experience. The visits are rushed and it feels like they want you out the door so they can see the next person. You will have to keep calling for any kind of follow up, and if you have labs scheduled, have fun. From them forgetting that they scheduled you to the doctors forgetting to send over the labs to be done, exasperating and time consuming."

"We go to Corwin whenever we get sick or have a problem that needs to be addressed immediately. They allow walk ins and I've never waited more than a half an hour to see a Dr. They have GREAT hours also. My husband and I work full time and it's nice that if we need to we can go before work since they open at 7am or after since they stay open late. All the staff and Drs. are super nice as well. They are also right down the street from our house so it couldn't be more convenient. So glad they are there whenever we need them!!"

"I have been seeing Dr. Corwin for over 20 years, when his office was just one small building and he was the only doctor there. I like to say, "we grew up together." I moved from Plainfield to Oak Lawn and will STILL travel the (almost) hour to see him. He is the most compassionate doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He's very kind and seems genuinely concerned. He is the ONLY doctor I will see at his facilities so I can't comment on any of the others. The staff at the front desk are pleasant. My insurance was recently changed and while I was going through the process of trying to get my new insurance numbers, my name was called. Point being...I didn't wait at all to get in to see him. Some people say that his office is 'about the money' but I cannot disagree more. If this was the case, his waiting room would be filled and they'd be trying to cram in as many appointments as they can. I was there basically by myself, not having the uncomfortableness of others eyeballing me. I was a couple of years late for my annual exam and he spoke to me as if he remembered everything about me. It is also wonderful that he has a building across the way that will get you in for certain tests. I need a mammogram and ladies, if any of you are reading this, we ALL procrastinate. If we get the order for a mammogram, chances are we either wait a very long time before scheduling an appointment or we don't make the appointment at all. Dr. Corwin sent an email across the way and they were basically waiting for me. There are absolutely ZERO excuses. AND, because I procrastinate making my yearly exam, Dr. Corwin decided to have his staff call ME to make the appointment for next year. Again...NO excuses! Thank you, Dr. Corwin (and staff). "The staff has made some changes recently, but we have always seen Dr. Jung. He's fantastic. GREAT with the kids and extremely informative. He respects our hesitations & does not push for 'additionals' like the other complaints say. Both of our daughters have gone here for 3 years or so & it has worked very well. We're pretty satisfied with them."
