"I have always had nothing but good things to say about this location and staff but some recent changes to procedure are taking the center in the wrong direction. -check-in from the app function with what time you will arrive so that you can be put into the queue for that time has been turned off. Not the end all, but does save time when seeking URGENT care. -previously after checking in either through the app or at the kiosk one would be called in to verify their information and provide details for their reason for seeking care, which IMO helps to triage patients. This process has stopped and now one only verifies their information and then is placed in line to see the doctor. In order of arrival I'm assuming, as putting in that I was there for an injury didn't prompt any further questions as to what kind of injury or changes to the order in which patients are seen. The center's name should be changed to walk-in clinic as without any triage it can't really be urgent or immediate care. Most of the doctors and nursing staff are phenomenal - knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. Some could work on their bedside manner or atleast try to be mindful of their face when interacting with patients. While I know that it's not easy being a healthcare professional, being one in an immediate or urgent care setting means you are dealing with patients who are not just there for routine health care concerns and not the best time in their lives. Still better than most centers, I hope that they return to their previous practices and in turn cut down on wait times"

"I’m so disappointed. I was told that I would get my Covid test results within 24 hours, otherwise it would be a negative result. Over 48 hours later I get the call telling me that it was positive. Almost have of day and I have not received any notification if I’m getting treatment or not because the doctor who saw me first was not in the office yet. I’ve been everywhere spreading coronavirus, because a simple test results took about ver 48 hours??? Seriously? I’m so mad. How can they be so neglectful? Can anyone get back to me at least to tell me that I’m NOT getting treated?"

"I received medical attention in a very timely manner. All the staff members were helpful and courteous. I saw a nurse and a doctor and they were both attentive to my medical concerns. Thank you for helping me get back on the road of recovery."

"I went in tonight Tuesday at around 4:45, checked in on my mobile at for a wait time of about 52 mins. The gentleman told me that it was going to be about a 3 hour wait.. unfortunately my PCP has No appointments available for weeks so I had to stay. People continued to come in and leave because of long wait. One person questioned him and he said “that’s just how it is”. I waited about an hour and 10 mins from check in to discharge. I firmly believe this was his way of trying to turn people away. THIS IS HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE IN THE ROOM THAT CREATED A 3 hour wait."

"Excessive wait time to see a doctor who clearly thinks he has better things to do. Acted like he couldn’t care less in the 2 seconds I saw him after waiting 2 hours. The nurses were great and genuinely seemed to care but the doctor made it so I will never go back. If you’re able, I’d recommend you or your loved ones go elsewhere for treatment."
