"Supportive online training. I did my 200 hour and Children’s Yoga teacher trainings with MVP, and am now studying Ayurvedic Nutrition. There is a ton of wisdom to be gained, whether you’re really seasoned, or a newbie. There are so many great recordings for leaning lab hours to dive deeper into once your training is finished, with the student resource document. I think the new platform runs more smoothly, and facilitates a more organized learning experience than Teachable did. The teachers and community are really knowledgeable, accessible, and inclusive."
"I started my classes online in Dec 2023 it’s mid January and I’m half way through my 200hr course. I love that I can go at my own pace and that the material is very clear. I now have a better understanding of what Yoga truly means and how we connect our minds with our body n spirit via this practice in life. As a single mom of 6 boys with a busy life n a tight budget I say it’s more than worth it."
"I completed 3 different online courses and though inexpensive, did not find it educational. The family & children training was pretty much reading books they don’t provide followed by example sequences with little teacher education. I did this in November and still have received my certificate and have been told 3 different stories as to why. It’s a simple PDF, not sure why they can’t get it to me 10 weeks later. Though they are making yoga more accessible, which we need, their online courses feel like a quick money grab. YTT should be thorough, done in person and you should only graduate when observed and tested. You can breeze through these training without paying attention and it seems dangerous to offer certifications this way. If you are interested in YTT or expanding your certifications, please do so in person, and go somewhere where they aren’t pushing paid ads online for their discounted courses to make a quick buck."
"I completed my 300 YTT, and I absolutely love the approach that all the teachers at MVP take to teaching yoga. Their inclusiveness of the philosophy and anatomy is wonderful and easy to understand making it easy to integrate into your own teaching. I look forward to continuing my education with MVP through all the different offerings they have."
"Love this yoga studio! Did my 200HR YTT and I love taking classes here. The studio is so beautiful and calming with an amazing student and teacher community. MVP is the real deal."
