"The whole team is great, they are very friendly. They have very flexible hours, even offer virtual. I used to think I did not have time for sessions but then I was informed they offer times that worked with my busy schedule. Yolanda Kaczmarczyk is amazing, I love her techniques, she is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and really knows how to be very understanding and has a great way of guiding me. "Tells you they offered services they don't provide then after they get your personal info through the patient portal they will call to tell you that they don't do that. What a waste of time we could have been used at a place that provides the needed or recommend services. Avoid this scam of a business as that's a HIPPA violation of all the person health issues that we didn't see relevant to the treatments they verbally said they provide. Now your information is floating around in their system for whatever someone might use it for as it will not be used for medical care. They called us right after we submitted the forms on line that was sent last week. How do you not know what services you provide, send out personal information request, and then after the person clicks the submission button you call that person an hour later to say "Durp, we don't provide what we stated over the phone to you and never have but thanks for being a sucker for giving us details on your medical history"? Update for 11/14: These morons that supposedly stated over the phone by two different employees that they would cancel all the appointments so I don't get charged just sent me a new text for the same appointment. Yeah, they really Deleted all the personal medical information from their on line form and Cancelled all the appointments. Good luck getting the money for those appointments and I will sue these morons for tricking us for medical information that not needed and they are on a recorded line when these appointments were setup. Just keep messing up and I wait for the charges to show up as they will also be put on social media and the News. So they better figure out how to fix their lies and mistakes before our insurance and everyone involved embarrass them more."

"HORRIBLE! I waited three weeks at least for an appointment, spent over a half hour filling out online paperwork only to get two calls asking agin for credit card information when they had my insurance information that they hadn’t even verified yet! Then I call in for my appointment and the first question was to confirm my credit card number!!!!! I hung up and called the main number and they stated that I had no co pay and it was all fine! Yes, I know that! But I call in for my first appointment and she immediately asks me to verify my credit card again??? What?!!! And then they want me to still meet with their doctor. No thank you!!! Focus on people and their health and not so much on greed! Why should I have to provide this information multiple times?! Awful corporate greed."

"Horrible service. They do not care about you or about your time. I drove 40 minutes and arrived 15 minutes early just to be told 9 minutes before the session that they needed to reschedule me for a date in 2 weeks. Mental Health is not a joke so to turn away someone who is scheduled IN ADVANCED is crazy to me. First of all if you are going to reschedule me, don’t make me wait 2 weeks. Second how does this even happen? So unorganized and overbooking I assume. Either way I advise you to proceed with caution as they’re very suspicious here."

"As a facility, they are accommodating and agreeable; they do all they can to get you the care you need. Allison Grendzinski is our therapist. I’ve seen many, but never have I known another with her gifts. She is empathetic, but strong and direct. She can follow the tangled thread of a mind in crisis and offer insight toward a solution.
